Are you ready to end your struggle with negative self-talk, disruptive behaviors, unhealthy relationships, constant anxiety or depressed thoughts? There is no shame in asking for help. Athletes have coaches, students have teachers, we have mentors in our work. Why not ask for help with life's problems?

Some common thoughts my clients express are:

  • "My anxiety is paralyzing”
  • "I always end up in these destructive relationships”
  • "I'll never find the right person”
  • "I'm a terrible parent”
  • "I'm such a failure”
  • "I keep making the same mistakes”
  • "I'll never be good enough”

I'm here to tell you that you don't have to keep feeling this way. You don't have to stay disconnected and lonely, anxious or overwhelmed. Change is possible. Congratulations on beginning this process.

I am here to offer guidance through whatever challenges you may be facing. My areas of specialization and training include but are not limited to:

  • Trauma
  • Parenting
  • Couples Work
  • Grief
  • Relationship Issues
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Family Therapy
  • Somatic Experiencing
  • EMDR (certified)
  • Brainspotting
  • NARM

NARM, the Neuro Affective Relational Model, addresses developmental trauma by working with unconscious patterns that deeply affect our identity, emotions, physiology and behavior. It works relationally in the present moment with both distortions of identity and nervous system dysregulation and how each reinforce the other. Working with both of these elements simultaneously can have profound implications for healing.

I obtained my bachelor's degree in Psychology from UW-Madison and my MSW in family therapy from UW-Milwaukee.
If you're ready to move in a new direction or are facing a challenging situation I look forward to working together to help reach your goals.
